SLIDING DOORS

2000 & 3000 Series

Dura-Glide doors combine state-of-the-art micro-processor technology with advanced engineering to provide some of the safest, most dependable and highest-performance door-systems in the industry.

The Dura-Glide 2000 and 3000 Series are the industry standard for smooth, reliable service in every application from high-traffic retail locations to upscale professional and institutional settings.

Both series offer single-slide and bi-parting designs that are custom manufactured to fit your job requirements. With the 2000 Series, the exterior sliding panels swing out for emergency egress. Both the side and sliding panels of the 3000 Series doors swing out to create the widest possible opening for emergency egress or moving large items.

Dura-Glide 2000 and 3000 are certified for both Class 1 and 10 Clean Room applications.

Dura-Glide 2000 & 3000 Series Doors:

  • Eliminate 30-40% of all service problems by replacing position switches with our Pozi-Trac™position encoder.
  • Continually monitor door position with microprocessor controller.
  • Provide smooth, trouble-free operation with long-lasting cast urethane load-bearing wheels.
  • Lock each door in its track with adjustable anti-riser wheels.
  • Prevent slippage and uneven closing with toothed drive belt.
  • Monitor pedestrian movement at all times with motion sensors and Stan-Guard® threshold sensors— standard on all door packages.
  •  Microprocessor controllers, sensors and operators available as retrofits to existing doors, older Stanley doors and other door brands.
Optional Features:

  •  All-Glass Doors and Sidelights provide added elegance and beauty to upscale architecture.
  • Fixed Sidelights with all 2000 Series doors.
  • Transom Packages.
  •  Access Control lets you add card readers, electric locks, control consoles and panic hardware to limit access to restricted areas.
  • Weather Wise ™ switch reduces opening widths to save energy in cold or hot weather.
  • Class 1 and 10 Clean Room rating makes these doors ideal for clean rooms and computer centers.
  • Designer/Utility package gives maximum design flexibility with wood, hollow metal, painted or glass doors.

  • Power-operated automatic sliding doors may be used as emergency egress doors because they “break-out” in the direction of egress.
Stanley SU-050 Motion Sensor

Our SU-050 motion sensor is switchable to be either bi-directional or uni-directional. Stanley offers the SU-050 as a standard activation system for most of our new door and retrofit packages. The uni-directional function only detects approaching traffic to reduce the length of time the door stays open, providing savings on loss of heat and air conditioning.

Safety System

The Stanley safety sensor system provides safe coverage for pedestrians passing through the sliding doorway. It consists of two Stanley SU-050 microwave sensors, switchable from bi-directional to uni-directional to detect moving objects and a Stan-Guard ® threshold sensor that detects people or objects directly under the header, and holds the door open until the threshold area is clear. This system con-forms to ANSI standards for zone size and functional requirements. Level 5 Card Access System Allows easy batch or individual voiding or validation of access cards. Rugged, vandal-proof, slotless stainless steel touch plates read “Touch Cards” placed against them. Nonvolatile EPROM memory eliminates reprogramming after power losses. Two time-adjustable relays are available.

Electric Lock

This solenoid locking system, with extended performance and reliability built in, utilizes a high torque stainless steel spring and tension spring.
